How do I know if I need to have my windshield repaired or replaced?

The windshield is glued in with a product called Urethane. We use the highest quality Urethane available. The windshield is primed and the urethane is cured allowing the vehicle to be drivable within one hour.
Does AutoGlass Express use DOT (Department of Transportation) -certified glass when doing replacements?
Absolutely, and all of our replacement glass products are furnished by OEM quality manufacturers, these are the same manufactures that make the glass for the vehicle manufacturer. We also inspect each piece of glass for quality and optical clarity prior to installation.
Does my insurance company get billed for the auto glass services?
AutoGlass Express handles the entire insurance claim process for you. Once you have scheduled service with us, we will confirm your glass coverage and place the claim directly with your insurance company.
